Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Manifest Arometherapy. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. How to Return

We offer two return options:

a. Return or Exchange at an Authorized Dealer

Products may be returned or exchanged at an authorized Manifest Arometherapy dealer. Please bring your proof of purchase.

b. Return by Mail

If returning by mail, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@manifestaromatherapy.com with your order number

  • Package the item securely

  • Use a trackable shipping service

We do not accept returns without prior communication.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
